Spanbilt Factory Tour- How Spanbilt Sheds are Made

SHARE

Myself and our Customer Service Manager, Chai, had a chance to visit the Spanbilt factory in Brisbane Queensland this February.

It’s always fascinating to see how Sheds are manufactured. From coils to panels to sheds!

Did you know Steel is rolled up into coils? Sure to some people it’s common knowledge but the first time I paid a visit, it had me shocked.

Below are some photos of the process so you can see what goes on behind the scenes.

Factory Safety

Like any large fabrication factory there is heavy machinery everywhere, steel sheets, loose metal and all kinds of hazards.

So everyone is protected by safety gear including ourselves.

Chai loved the Gloves so much she took 2 pairs home for her sons DIY projects.
